Possibly big news on the autism front

Researchers from UCSD, CMU, and Weizmann may have found a way to identify autism in infants and toddlers fairly definitively, by identifying abnormal brain wave readings during sleep.  The journal article is to be published in Neuron; the abstract is here already.

No, I don't have access to the full text at the moment.  And no, I don't know how this will relate to ACC.
