Okay, I have my little under-the-desk stationary bicycle working for the first time this morning (the hardware arrived this weekend). I also brought in donut holes.
Do the two cancel each other out?
Seriously; when I was a SAHM, I walked all the time with the babies, I wandered the house, I walked to the store, the neighbors', the library. Now, I sit. I do not move around.
I figure even if I just pedal on the little bike a total of 10 minutes a day, it's far better than absolutely nothing. My metabolism these days is in the negatives.
